Planting a tree is easy. Keeping it alive for five years is the entire job.
We run plantation and urban greening activities with local partners (municipalities, schools and community groups) on one condition: someone local is responsible for the saplings after planting day.
We would rather plant fewer trees that survive than more that photograph well.
