You don’t need experience. You need a day and decent shoes.

The work is physical, local and always short-handed. Most of what we do (clean-ups, plantations, workshop support) needs hands more than it needs qualifications.

What a clean-up day involves

An early start, a walk in, several hours of collecting and sorting, and carrying what we collect to a point where it enters a real disposal chain. It is not glamorous and it is not a trek. Bring boots you do not mind ruining, gloves, water, sun protection and a tolerance for other people’s rubbish.

What a plantation day involves

Digging, carrying saplings, planting and watering, usually with a school or community group. The planting is the short part; the value is in the partner who looks after the saplings afterwards.

Who can join

Anyone who can spend a day on uneven ground. Under-18s are welcome with a parent or guardian, or as part of a school group.

EDITOR NOTE (REMOVE BEFORE LAUNCH): add the sign-up route, a form, an email address, or a WhatsApp group link. State whether clean-ups run on a fixed schedule, and whether international volunteers are accepted and on what terms. Right now a willing volunteer has no way to reach you, which makes this page decorative.
