Trail & Destination Clean-Ups
Litter at altitude is a waste-management failure, not an eyesore. We collect it, sort it, and route it into a real disposal chain.
Zero Waste & Eco-Crafts
Most waste in Nepal is material in the wrong place with no economics attached to moving it. We attach the economics, and the income.
Tree Plantation & Greening
Planting a tree is easy. Keeping it alive for five years is the entire job, so nothing goes in the ground without a local partner responsible for it.
Guide & Porter Well-Being
The physical risks of the job are documented. The mental health cost (seasonal income, isolation, high-consequence decisions) is almost entirely undiscussed.
Women, Youth & Inclusion
Not just present but leading, in the clean-up crews, the crafts workshops, and the community groups that own the plantations.
